1. Log in in www.anapallares.es

The access granted to the service is by loging in through it web site anapallares.es, will be provided by Ana Pallares Diseños S.L. It will be done by direct login. Data given by costumers will be real, exact, complete and updated, otherwise Ana Pallares Diseños S.L. will not be responsible of consecuences due to falsehood of them.

2. Availability

Orders are subject to Ana Pallares Diseños S.L. approval and acceptance. Once approval has been granted, customer will receive an email confirming the order and shipping (Order Confirmation) or its rejection if it is detected that any of the articles included in the order are out of stock . If any Riverside article is not available once the order has been made, the Customer shall be notified as soon as possible. At this point, the Customer may modify the order or cancel it. If cancelled, a refund process will start and will cover the full purchase amount. If the order had been payed by debit card, the process will take less than 10 days, If the order had been payed by credit card, the refound would take place before the month ended.

3. Prices

All the prices in anapallares.es are given in euros (€) and include taxes. Those prices doesn’t included shipping and delivery cost. Before en the purchase, the client can check the chosen products, prices and shipping cost. In that moment the client could check the purchase and confirm the order.
The Prices could be changed by Ana Pallarés Diseños S.L. . The orders made and confirmed before, do not be affect for these changes. All prices will be according to the price stablished in the moment of the confirmation. All products are property of Ana Pallarés Diseños S.L until the complete confirmation of payment.

4. Gastos de envío y entrega

For orders to península and Balear Islands, free shipping cost. The delivery maximun time is 3 working days from the departure of Ana Pallares S.L logistic base.
For Canary Island, Ceuta and Melilla, the shipping cost will be 10€. The order will be delivered in the 10 days after the payment.
Finally, for european orders, the shipping costs will be:
– France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxemburg and United Kingdom15€
– Holand, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, and Czech Rep. 20€
– Bulgary, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Irland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweeden, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia and Romania 25€

In all the cases, orders will be shipped from monday to friday, except local and national holidays. To satisfy the terms exposed in this doccument, Ana Pallares Diseños S.L. is not responsible of delays produced by the shipping companies. This time limit is set to 10 days after the order has been confirmed.
All shipping will be made by private shipping companies and it can’t be changed. Ana Pallarés Diseños S.L. will communicate track numbers by mail and it will be showed in customers’ profiles, so customers will be able to check status and track their orders.

Ana Pallarés Diseños s.l. is not responsible about mistakes if the information given by customers is invalid or incomplete. If a cancelation is made because of this reason, customer will be notified in 5 days. If there is not an answer in 3 months since its notified, Ana Pallarés Diseños S.L. reserves the right of cancelling the order and all taxes and shipping cost will be charge to the customer. If the customer wants any returning order back, he will have to pay again the shipping and handling cost.
For those cases in which the client wants to recieve the goods again, the client also must pay the shipping cost. In the moment of delivery, the authorized person must be in the adress in order to recieve back the goods.

If they do not meet this requirement, the transport agency, hired by Ana Pallarés Diseños S.L, will contact the client to make an arrangement in order to in order to facilitate the process of purchase and delivery.

Once the purchase is done, The customer will have a track number to see and locate the package.

At the momento that the customer recieve the goods, must check that everythig is right , check if there are any mistake and make the carrier know i fis not satisfied.

The signing of the delivery note at the time of delivery, without stating any abnormality , it means that the customer is aware of the material is given and that the material corresponds to the reality of their order placed , and compliance therewith, without to claim later than for the reasons listed in section 6 of this writing .

5. Formas de pago y Seguridad

6. Cancelations, returns and refunds.

According to “Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley para la Defensa del Consumidor y Usuarios”, Customers can request the return within seven days from the receipt of the order. Return charges will be at the customer’s expense. The customer can choose a courier of his/her election If all requirements have been fullfilled regarding delivery dates,communications and articles conditions , we will proceed to refund the money within three days after the return´s confirmation.

Returns will be send to: Ana Pallarés Diseños S.L. Tales de Mileto 15, Nave 10, 28806 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid. The items to be returned must be new, unused, and with all the garment tags still attached. Thus, returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and it may be sent back to the customer at his expense. Items to be returned will have all the accesories and they will be in a perfect container.

Ana Pallarés Diseños S.L. reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet all of the aforementioned conditions. The article will be under customer’s responsibility until it is delivered at Ana Pallarés Diseños S.L.’s warehouse.
